All of our floor tile prices are calculated by a simple equation that involves multiplying the square footage of the area you wish to have tiled by a set price that can vary according to the amount of labor that is involved in your individual cituation.    
    Labor prices per Square Foot
Installation of tile on square or straight run = $4.00/sqft
Installation of tile on diamond or on a 45 = $5.00/sqft                                        
Installation of tile on shower, backsplash, or wall tile = $10.00/sqft
Installation of concrete underlayment =$1.00/sqft
provide concrete underlayment = $1.00/sqft
Installation of mud pan = $10.00/sqft
To provide and apply sealer = $.50/sqft
To provide and install shoe molding or quaterround = $1.00/lf
Caulk/paint molding once installed = $.75/lf

Interior/Exterior Paint:
    Labor Estimates:
Paint pricing can be determined by multiplying square footage of wall space (length x height) and the linear footage of trim by the set rates listed below. Additional cost for wall preparation, floor and wall covering, and moving furniture vary by job.
    Paint labor prices per sqft:
Interior wall = $.25/sqft per coat
Interior trim = $.50/sqft per coat
Interior door (6 panel):
    Painted: $20/coat
    Stained: $25/coat
Interior door (flush):
    Painted: $15/coat
    Stained:$20/coat
Exterior wall = $.50/sqft per coat
Exterior trim (facia/sofit/freeze board) = $3.00/lf per coat
Exterior door (6 panel):
    Painted: $25/coat
    Stained: $30/coat
Exterior door (flush):
    Painted: $20/coat
    Stained: $25/coat

Wood and Laminate Flooring:
    Labor Estimates:
Wood floor estimates can be determined by multipling the square footage of flooring space by the the labor pricing below. Then add on the cost of materials. Additional cost include removal and disposal of old floor usually $100-200.

To determine an estimate for finish carpentry get the linear footage of the area then multiply that number by the labor pricing listed below. Then add on the price of materials.
